    You have the option to pay either the full price of the mattress in advance or make a 50% advance payment.

  • 1.3) Discount and Free Delivery

    Customers who provide full advance payment will receive a 20% discount on the mattress price and enjoy free delivery of the product.

• #2 Cancellation and Refunds

  • 2.1) Cancellation

    You may cancel your order within 000 hours of placing it. After this time frame, cancellations are not possible.

  • 2.2) Refunds

    Refunds will be issued according to our Refund Policy, which can be found _________________. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

• #3 Shipping and Delivery

  • 3.1) Delivery Times

    Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date upon placing your order.

  • 3.2) Shipping Fees

    Shipping fees all over Bangladesh is 500Tk.

  • 4.1) Warranty Coverage

    Our mattresses come with a Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your product for more details.

    If you believe your mattress is defective, please contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim.
